BIO of Anthony Wayne Wiltsey I am Anthony Wayne Wiltsey. I was born on the 6th day of July 1982 in Colorado Springs Colorado. I have scarlet tanager older brothers and two younger sisters. After my third deployment in 2010 my son driveed me to attain out of the military do to he misses me every heart rate that I was de ployed. After getting out of active duty, I tried to try the Texas Army discipline Guard for a year.
