This piece gives a description of Brown's views on slavery and it focuses on the mourning of a slave woman, of his piece. It states my point of view on the matter.

Narrative of William W. embrown, A Fugitive Slave William W. Brown, the author, describes the life of a slave in his narrative. Along with the narrative, there is a commit-blank music that is representative of the slave womans affliction. It really affected him to gather in this woman go through and through so overmuch pain and suffering, and be told she can non keep her child. In this piece, with the use of the melodic line, Brown is able to provide the reader with a more shiny image of what he remembers seeing and hearing. In this mourning song, a slave woman is crying for the life of her child. At that point her childs life was hers and she shed many tears of pain, so that the lord would let her be with he child. Apparently the masters married woman did not care for the child, because the child was loud and cried too much. This song portrays the life of many African American slaves that had to suffer in order the continue living. I dont touch sensation they did it f or those who live in the future (my generations), because at that moment in their lives, all they could direct about were themselves and their immediate families and survival. Unfortunately the slave masters did not rent for the women to have children and/ or care for them.
