Dissatisfaction arises when some think that they stand to gain less than others, or that their grievances were not addressed. This leads to daily conflicts wherever human beings are many. This is a primary challenge that managers need to learn how to deal with this situation on a regular basis. A good manager is always committed towards the goals of an organization. Still, discipline is a top factor in ensuring that they remain true to the mission and vision of the group. Good managers are human and considerate of the employees in the organization. They do not force them to do things that may result in overwor k or injury. The implication here is that, regardless of the top priority of achieving the set goals, the process of achieving them should include fun. In most cases, one of the hardest tasks when dealing with people is bringing them together and making them speak in one voice.
